Reformed Theology in Africa Series: Volume 2
This video addresses migration, a hot-button topic that is under discussion worldwide, and taking place on an unprecedented scale. The issue of migration also affects South Africa, the United States, and Germany in a distinctive way. There has been a number of other publications on the topic of migration, but reflections from theology and Christian ethics are often lacking.
This volume contains a variety of contributions from a number of disciplines on the important theme of migration. It is our hope that this volume will contribute to scholarly deliberations, as well as to a more profound theological and ethical reflection on the topic of migration. Simultaneously, we remain conscious that the experience of migration and the themes it raises are much more extensive than one volume can contain. Accordingly, we hope that this volume may play a part in the larger conversation on matters surrounding migration and life in transit, within faith communities, and broader.
